Job summary

Atwell, LLC is hiring a Field Enablement & Technical Training Lead in Field Services. You will build field capabilities, develop training curricula, and ensure teams meet safety, technical, and client-facing demands.

You will capture field insights to guide future OpEX growth and coordinate with leadership to adapt training to MC&I needs. Responsibilities include developing core competencies, mentoring staff, and supporting staffing, scheduling, and field projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, FE/PE preferred.
• 4+ years engineering or field experience in related area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to analyze data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to mentor others.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead field enablement and technical training programs for field teams.
• Develop technical content and standardized curricula with competency tests.
• Mentor engineers and field staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and client relationship development.
• Maintain equipment, document progress, and ensure regulatory compliance.
