Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Field Enablement & Technical Training Lead within the Field Services group in the United States. You will build field capabilities to execute work safely, consistently, and confidently, developing technical training and improving field qualification visibility.

The role aggregates field client insights to identify OpEX growth opportunities and translate them into repeatable services grounded in client needs and company strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution; Electric Power option preferred.
• 4+ years of Engineering or relevant field experience.
• FE or PE licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Experience with apparatus testing and familiarity with NETA standards.
• Experience with Omicron test equipment required.
• Strong mentoring/training abilities and client-facing experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training content and core competencies for field teams.
• Propose 100–400 level curriculum with competency tests.
• Collaborate with MC&I leadership to adapt training.
• Maintain list of qualified field staff and aptitude ratings.
• Assist staffing and scheduling for Field Services team and projects.
• Audit field testing, troubleshooting, and progress reports.
• Maintain Codes and Standards knowledge and vendor relationships.
• Engage with Clients and Vendors to foster relationships.
