Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Field Enablement & Technical Training Lead to build field capabilities, develop training content, and raise qualification visibility across a growing field services team.

You will translate client needs into repeatable programs, partner with MC&I leadership, and support safe, efficient field execution with a focus on technical, safety, and client-facing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 4+ years of Engineering or relevant field experience.
• FE or PE licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong written and oral communication with client-facing experience.
• Experience mentoring and training technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Safety training: ensure field personnel have required training per safety director.
• Technical Training (Field): develop content and curriculum with competency tests.
• Staffing Support: maintain qualified field staff and assign deployments.
• BD / Market Research OpEX: help create go-to-market strategies and client relations.
• Assist with equipment management, field testing, and progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to Codes, Standards, and high-quality work.
