Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Technical Enablement Lead to equip and enable Solutions Architects and Customer Solutions Managers with the right tools, training, coaching, processes, and other enablement programs.

The role designs project plans, then tactically implements each initiative, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate onboarding, adoption, and go-to-market efforts, and to deliver measurable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Define, refine and implement sales processes, procedures or policies.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage large programs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or related field.
• Coordinate between technical teams, peers and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor to AWS technical leaders, recommending enablement initiatives and driving tooling adoption.
• Create, execute and support personalized role-based technical learning sessions for tech field teams.
• Plan, facilitate, scale, and support technical onboarding and ongoing training.
• For each initiative, demonstrate planning, communication, and end-to-end ownership.
• Develop cross-functional enablement resources and translate business needs into scalable programs.
• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders to inform repeatable initiatives with measurable impact.
• Identify roadblocks, perform root-cause analysis, and manage communications.
• Implement metrics to measure program impact and report on enablement investments.
• Maintain deadlines and status reports, and optimize project management processes.
• Support and lead ad hoc special projects as needed.
