Job summary

NEI Electric Power Engineering in Denver is seeking a Field Enablement & Technical Training Lead for Field Services. You will build field capabilities, develop technical training, and improve field readiness to perform safe, effective client-facing work.

The role includes creating a 100-400 level curriculum with tests, aligning content with internal needs, mentoring staff, and helping shape future OpEx growth through field insights and equipment management. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is required.
• FE or PE is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical content to ensure core competencies for field staff.
• Propose a 100–400 level curriculum with competency tests.
• Mentor and develop field engineers and technicians.
