Job summary

Atwell, LLC in the United States is seeking a Field Enablement & Technical Training Lead within the Field Services group. You will develop technical training content, strengthen field qualification visibility, and ensure teams meet technical, safety, and client-facing demands of field work.

As the program matures, you will translate client needs into repeatable OpEx growth opportunities, mentor engineers, and help maintain equipment and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 4+ years of engineering or field experience.
• FE or PE preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Develop field enablement and technical training content.
• Create 100–400 level curriculum with competency tests.
• Mentor field staff and coordinate staffing.
• Assist with risk management and safety.
• Audit field testing and prepare reports.
• Maintain adherence to codes and standards.
• Build and sustain client relationships.
• Participate in conferences and training.
