Job summary

3 Day Blinds in Baltimore is seeking a Design Consultant Coach to help ensure the success of our newest Design Consultants by applying coaching, training, and field support during ride-alongs. You’ll also support veteran DCs with ongoing development through collaboration with district leadership and the Training Department.

You’ll help instill good habits, improve measurements, and provide timely written and verbal feedback in team meetings.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Windows-based tools (Word/Outlook) and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching on ride-alongs and give specific, actionable feedback.
• Review training items and coach opportunities that arise on appointments.
• Assist new DCs with reviewing client invoices to catch errors before production.
• Verify measurement accuracy during ride-alongs and trainings.
• Present product updates in team meetings and coordinate install-related sessions.
