3 Day Blinds (Sales) is seeking Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You’ll receive four weeks of paid training, company-provided appointments, and uncapped earning potential. You’ll manage your own schedule, grow via referrals, and receive mileage reimbursement along with full benefits as you build a career with a national brand.

• Comfortable working independently in the field

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
