Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a dynamic Field Coach to support our Design Consultants in the Raleigh area. You will partner with district leadership and the Training Department to coach new DCs, ride along on appointments, and drive ongoing development through practical feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with relationship skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Willingness to travel overnight and daily commuting; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to new Design Consultants during ride-alongs five days a week for 3–4 weeks.
• Review training items and coach on opportunities identified during appointments.
• Assist new DCs with reviewing client invoices to catch errors before production.
• Verify window measurements for ride-alongs.
• Deliver timely feedback to the DSM with field insights.
• Foster good habits in DCs like time management and prompt email responses.
• Reduce sales errors and improve first-time installation through coaching and team discussions.
• Collaborate with installers to identify measuring errors and support workshops.
• Present product updates in team meetings as required by Training Department.
• Coordinate installer ride-alongs with new hires during training.
