Job summary

3 Day Blinds (Corporate) seeks an in-home Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision. You’ll work with company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training to start a high-impact career from day one.

No prior design experience is required; the role is field-based with uncapped earning potential and room for growth within a national brand. Territory is your office and travel is local.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
