Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Strong presentation and client-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to train teammates and follow structured processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
• Build and manage a personal book of business.
• Mentor and train new team members, providing guidance and clear direction.
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service.
