Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking a Field Trainer 2 to deliver hands-on and classroom instruction, coaching field employees, and upholding safety and quality standards across our projects. The role emphasizes field instruction mastery, student development, and maintaining high engagement while aligning with company values.

You will split time between classroom training and on-the-job coaching, travel within 1-2 hours from home, and collaborate with safety and operations teams to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• Expertise in hands-on field training techniques.
• Ability to identify and support student career development.
• Proficiency in maintaining high student engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must hold Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction.
• Identify and support student growth and career development.
• Enhance and maintain high student engagement levels across training classes.
• Administer training and assess student performance.
• Travel within 1-2 hours from home frequently and provide on-site coaching.
• Collaborate with safety and operations teams to ensure training alignment.
• Maintain organized classroom and inventory of materials.
• Contribute to development of junior-level instructors.
