Flagger Force is hiring a Field Trainer 2 to lead hands-on training and classroom instruction for field employees, promoting safety and quality standards. The role emphasizes field instruction, student development, and maintaining high engagement, aligning with company values and mission.

You will split time between on-site training and field coaching, travel within 1–2 hours of home, and collaborate with Risk Training and Operations to identify coaching needs and develop junior instructors.
