Flagger Force is seeking a Field Trainer 2 to deliver expert hands-on and classroom instruction, coaching field teams to uphold safety and quality standards. You will support student growth, maintain high engagement, and manage field practice while ensuring orderly training environments.

The role emphasizes field instruction mastery, career development, and applying Flagger Force Academy certifications to daily work. Travel within 1-2 hours from home is common, with overnight stays possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on field training techniques with safety focus.
• Ability to coach and assess learner performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Word/Excel.
• Must hold required DOT qualifications for the territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert hands-on training and classroom instruction.
• Identify student growth and provide guidance for advancement.
• Maintain high student engagement through interactive methods.
• Train ~50% of assignments in classroom and field.
• Administer BWZ and DRIVE training components as applicable.
