Flagger Force is seeking a Field Trainer 2 to lead both classroom and on-the-job training across our field teams. You will coach employees, promote safety and quality, and contribute to career development while upholding company values.

The role requires hands-on training mastery, strong communication, and the ability to manage concurrent training programs. Occasional travel is required, with opportunities for overnight stays. Join Flagger Force and help drive peak performance on jobsites.

Qualifications

• Expertise in hands-on field training techniques and classroom instruction.
• Ability to identify and support student career development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction.
• Identify and support student growth and career development.
• Maintain high student engagement using interactive teaching methods.
• Conduct on-site training for various courses, including BWZ and DRIVE programs.
• Test, evaluate, and document student progress and dismissal decisions.
• Coach and develop junior instructors and maintain a safe, organized classroom.
• Collaborate with risk training and operations to improve field coaching.
• Travel 1–2 hours from home; overnight stays may be required.
