A leader in traffic control is seeking a Field Trainer to provide both classroom and on-the-job training for field employees. You will be responsible for enhancing student engagement and supporting their career development while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in training techniques. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and experience in traffic control. Qualifications

• Expertise in hands-on field training techniques.
• Ability to identify and support student career development.
• Proficient in maintaining high student engagement levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Steel toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force motor vehicle record standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction.
• Identify and support student growth through recommendations.
• Enhance and maintain high student engagement levels.
• Administer hands-on training for various courses.
• Test and evaluate all students, record grades.
• Provide daily support and coaching to field employees.
