• Expertise in hands-on field training techniques.
• Ability to identify and support student career development.
• Proficient in maintaining high student engagement levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Steel toed boots or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction.
• Identify and support student growth for career development.
• Enhance and maintain high student engagement throughout training.
• Test and evaluate all students, recording grades and dismissals.
• Provide field on-the-job training as needed.
