Responsibilities

• Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction.
• Identify and support student growth for career development.
• Enhance student engagement using interactive teaching methods.
• Administer hands-on training for various courses with practical application.
• Test and evaluate students, record grades, and dismiss non-eligible students.
• Monitor engagement and learning levels throughout classes.
• Review training materials for accuracy and relevance.
• Identify potential instructor candidates and assist in developing junior instructors.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and inventory of materials.
• Provide field on-the-job training about 50% of assignments.
• Coordinate with Risk Training and Operations to coach field employees.
• Represent the organization professionally to clients and staff.
