Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker seeks a Trades Specialist to join the Baltimore/DC field team, working remotely while driving sales for DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and related brands. You will build and manage end-user relationships and coordinate with marketing and service centers to grow market share.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record delivering results.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets by selling brands to end-user customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with end-user partners and manage user contracts and programs.
• Mentor local market team on end-user development and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
• Maintain Salesforce.com CRM usage and report progress to drive future success.
