Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors of the Carolinas and Southwest Virginia is seeking a Driven Trade Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals in the Greater Roanoke Valley area. You will identify customer needs and present Pella solutions that fit their vision.

You will manage the full sales cycle from site visits and blueprint reviews to proposals and quotes, using Salesforce to track leads and measure performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of outside B2B sales experience preferred (construction-related a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals.
• Prospect and acquire new trade customers.
• Deliver presentations, proposals and quotes.
• Manage sales cycles from start to finish, including site visits and blueprint reviews.
• Represent Pella at industry events and trade shows.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance.
• Consistently exceed sales goals while delivering value to customers.
