Dealer Tire is hiring an Outside Account Manager to serve dealership portfolios as a strategic advisor. You will drive sales across products, develop action plans with dealers, and coach service advisors to maximize opportunities while coordinating with service and parts managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling with territory management.
• Strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Full understanding of sales process: planning, training, retail selling, and negotiation.
• Be located within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with Service Manager, Parts Manager and other dealers to set pricing and inventory targets.
• Develop and maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Manage activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
• Share industry trends and best practices with the team and dealership network.
