Dealer Tire LLC in the United States seeks an Outside Account Manager to serve dealership partners nationwide. You will act as a strategic advisor, driving sales and developing action plans to grow tire programs across the dealer network.

This role offers a base salary of $71,196–$88,842 with an annual commission of $26,400, and opportunities for advancement. Expect up to 80% travel, comprehensive benefits, and a performance‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience in selling with territory management is required.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Assist dealers with customized action plans to maximize opportunity.
• Drive service-advisor effectiveness through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and dealers on pricing to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain a monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Maintain Salesforce account information and activity tracking.
• Share best practices and industry trends across the network.
