Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience selling with territory management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with proactive follow-up.
• Understanding of the full sales process and ability to close deals.
• Must be located within the assigned territory.
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and retail strategies through coaching.
• Collaborate with Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealers to set pricing and inventory.
• Develop and maintain consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Manage activity tracking and account information in Salesforce.
• Share industry trends and best practices across the team and dealership network.
