Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking an Outside Account Manager to strategically guide dealership portfolios across the United States. You’ll be responsible for meeting sales goals, coaching dealers, and driving retail strategies with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven track record in territory management and sales.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Excellent customer relationships and end-to-end sales understanding.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Assist dealers in maximizing the program’s financial opportunity with a customized action plan.
• Drive service advisor effectiveness and retail strategies through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with service/parts managers to set pricing and inventory levels.
• Maintain monthly dealer contact schedules and update Salesforce records.
• Share best practices across the dealership network to drive improvement.
