VIVA USA Inc is seeking a product technical support specialist to assist PV&V field teams, channel partners, and customers with complex product problems. You will lead troubleshooting, analyze data across sources, and collaborate with Engineering and Quality Improvement teams.

The role may travel 10-20% in US/Canada to resolve issues and update machines with new parts or production-intent modifications. A two-year degree in relevant tech fields is preferred.

Competenze

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with diesel engine diagnostics and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of Battery Electric Vehicle systems is a plus.
