Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking an Territory Service Representative to provide full store service to a National Home Center account across an assigned territory. Travel to Lowe's stores is required to support vacancies, PTO, and surge in business needs.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay rate of $21.75 per hour and a territory covering Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Solid organization and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Flexible schedule and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores within the assigned territory on a regular schedule.
• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with stores on changes.
• Keep product displays and PO materials up to date in stores.
• Provide training to store personnel on products and services.
• Analyze performance and market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Facilitate store resets with planning team as needed.
• Participate in events like Grand Openings and Contractor Nights.
• Stock replenishment orders within 48 hours of delivery.
