Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking a Territory Service Representative to provide full store service to National Home Center (NHC) accounts in an assigned territory, traveling to Lowes stores as needed.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Pay: $21.75/hour. Territory: Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. Requires high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 50%+ and ability to work independently and with store staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to travel.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores within the assigned territory on a regular, pre-determined schedule to service the store.
• Maintain accurate inventory and notify customers of necessary changes.
• Keep store appearance up-to-date with products, returns, and POS materials.
• Provide training to store personnel on company products and services.
• Analyze performance, product mix, and market conditions; suggest changes.
• Coordinate store resets with the NHC Store Planning Team.
• Assist at special events and manage replenishment orders within 48 hours of delivery.
