Job summary

Novo Distribution Llc in Laurel, MS seeks a Territory Service Representative to provide full store service to the NHC account across a defined territory. Travel to Lowe’s stores is required to cover vacancies, PTO, or surge in business.

Responsibilities include servicing stores on a regular schedule, maintaining inventory, training store personnel on products and services, analyzing performance and opportunities, and supporting store resets and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, time management and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Travels to stores within the assigned territory on a regular schedule to service the store.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and notifies customers of needed changes.
• Maintains in-store product appearance and prepares orders/returns.
• Provides product and service training to store personnel.
• Analyzes performance, product mix, and market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Facilitates store resets with planning teams and supports special events.
• Stocks replenishment orders within 48 hours of delivery; manages expenses.
