Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking an Experienced Territory Service Representative to provide full store service for the National Home Center account in an assigned territory of Lowe's stores. The role requires travel to various Lowes’ stores as needed in Conway, AR area.

Key duties include servicing stores on a regular schedule, maintaining inventory, presenting products in-store, training store personnel, analyzing performance and market conditions, and supporting store resets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with colleagues and management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Travels to stores within assigned territory on a regular schedule to service the store; may visit additional stores as needed.
• Maintains accurate inventory and notifies customers of necessary changes.
• Maintains in-store product presentation and processing of returns/credits; ensures POP materials are up-to-date.
• Provides training to store personnel on products and services.
• Analyzes performance, product mix, market conditions and opportunities; recommends changes.
• Facilitates store resets with planning team as required.
• Participates in events (Grand Openings, Contractor Nights, trainings, meetings).
• Stocks replenishment orders within 48 hours of delivery.
• Manages expenses per corporate policies.
