Job summary

The Territory Service Representative will provide full store service to National Home Center (NHC) accounts in an assigned territory of Lowe's stores. They will travel to various Lowe's stores as needed due to vacancies, PTO, or surge in business needs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm; Pay: $20.75/hour; Travel up to 25% of time. This role requires strong communication, inventory management, and customer service across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Current unrestricted driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with employees and management.
• Solid organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, make accurate decisions, and analyze risk, while adhering to deadlines.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
• Courteous, diplomacy, tact, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores within assigned territory on a regular, pre-determined call schedule to service the store.
• Maintain accurate inventory by making focus and cycle counts adjustments and/or notifying customers of necessary changes when appropriate.
• Maintain appearance of Company's product in the store by cleaning, culling, placing suggested orders, preparing returns and credits, and making sure point-of-purchase materials are up to date and in-place.
• Provide training to store personnel on the Company's products and services.
• Analyze performance, product mix, market conditions, and new product opportunities and recommend changes when appropriate.
• Facilitate store reset activity with the NHC Store Planning Team as required.
• Participates in special events (i.e., Grand Openings, Contractor Nights, Product Knowledge Training, Company Meetings, etc.).
• Stocks replenishment orders as assigned within 48 hours of delivery to store (may be required to stock additional stores as needed).
• Manages all expenses per corporate policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
