Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking a Territory Service Representative to deliver full store service across an assigned territory. You will travel to Lowe's stores as needed to cover vacancies, PTO, or surge in business while maintaining inventory accuracy and updating displays.

You will train store personnel on our products and services, analyze performance and market conditions, and support store resets with planning teams. A strong focus on organization and timely execution is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Travel to stores within the assigned territory on a regular, pre-determined call schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and adjust counts as needed; notify customers of changes.
• Maintain appearance of products in-store, update displays, and process returns/credits.
• Provide training to store personnel on the company’s products and services.
• Analyze performance, product mix, and market conditions to identify opportunities.
• Assist with store resets in coordination with the NHC Store Planning Team.
• Support special events and manage replenishment orders within required timelines.
