Job summary

Novo Building Products is seeking a Territory Service Representative to support the National Home Center account across an assigned store territory, with primary duties in Medford, NY. The role requires travel to Lowes stores as needed.

You will manage store inventory, train personnel on products and services, analyze performance and market conditions, and assist with store resets and events. A valid driver’s license and strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Travels to stores within assigned territory on a regular call schedule to service the store.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and communicates changes as needed.
• Maintains product presentation in-store and processes returns/credits.
• Provides training to store personnel on products and services.
• Analyzes performance, product mix, and market conditions; suggests changes.
• Coordinates store resets with the Store Planning Team.
• Supports special events and stocking replenishment within 48 hours of delivery.
• Takes on other duties as assigned.
