Job summary

Novo Distribution Llc is seeking a Territory Service Representative to service National Home Center accounts within a designated territory. The role involves regular travel to Lowe's stores to support vacancies, PTO, and surge needs.

You will train store personnel, analyze product performance, and assist with store resets while managing expenses per policy. The position requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Possess and maintain a current unrestricted driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with employees and management.
• Solid organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, make accurate decisions, and analyze risk while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
• Demonstrate courtesy, diplomacy, tact, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Travels to stores within assigned territory on a regular call schedule to service the store.
• Maintains accurate inventory by making focus and cycle counts adjustments.
• Maintains appearance of Company’s product in the store and manages POS materials.
• Provides training to store personnel on products and services.
• Analyzes performance, product mix, market conditions, and opportunities and recommends changes.
• Facilitates store reset activity with the NHC Store Planning Team as required.
• Participates in special events (Grand Openings, Contractor Nights, etc.).
• Stocks replenishment orders within 48 hours of delivery to store and may stock additional stores.
