Job summary

The Bexar Company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This field-based role requires hunting new business, growing 35 existing accounts, and nurturing installer relationships with strong CRM discipline.

You’ll split time between in-person visits and strategic planning with leadership support. Expect base salary plus uncapped commission on gross profit and premium commissions on new accounts, with an Account Coordinator to handle operations so you can focus on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow accounts.
• Experience conducting in-person sales meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts in the DFW territory.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline to exceed targets.
• Lead discovery meetings and drive deals to close.
• Manage and grow ~35 existing accounts with installers.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and expand spend.
• Maintain CRM activity and provide pipeline insights.
