UniFirst in Texas is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to grow new business in an assigned territory. You’ll prospect, present, and close multi-year service contracts and maintain CRM with client activity.

Expect a base salary plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus a monthly car allowance and fuel card; health benefits and a 401(k) match are provided, with clear earning growth paths into Sales management or National Accounts.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience in related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; willing to take coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
