Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Manassas, VA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our market in Charlottesville north on Route 29 to Northern VA, and into Upper Marlboro MD. You will expand existing accounts, establish new ones, forecast sales, and plan daily activities using a CRM and a structured call frequency system.

The role requires 3+ years of direct sales in building products, a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and willingness to travel daily within the territory.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: 3+ years direct sales, building products industry preferred
• Language: Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Industry knowledge: building products and dealer/distributor channels
• Skills: strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication
• Travel: daily travel within territory
• Territory: Charlottesville north on Route 29 to Northern VA/Manassas and Upper Marlboro MD

Responsibilities

• Expand and cultivate accounts to drive sales growth
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and competitive analysis
