Job summary

NDS is seeking a District Sales Manager in New Jersey with 3–5 years of wholesale distribution or design/build sales experience. The role requires about 50% overnight travel to NY and extensive field activity to establish new customers and maintain key relationships.

Ideal candidates will be adept at technical product problems, with strong sales skills, urgency, and collaboration. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in wholesale distribution or design/build sales.
• Aptitude for technical products and problem solving.

• Willingness to travel overnight ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop new customers in the defined market.
• Maintain and grow existing Key Account relationships.
• Support annual budget by meeting or exceeding territory goals.
• Provide call reports, account profiles, itineraries, and expense reports.
• Identify, manage, close, and grow opportunities in territory.
• Meet or exceed annual individual performance goals.
• Conduct product and application seminars to promote awareness.
• Lead initiatives for lead generation and project pipeline.
