Job summary

Bunzl Distribution, within its R3 organization, is seeking an outside Sales Representative to cover the North and Central New Jersey geography. You will drive new business and manage existing accounts in a B2B distribution setting, selling disposable food service products to restaurants, hotels, and institutions.

The role requires at least 2+ years of sales experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), travel within the territory, and a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside/outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel within NJ.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by prospecting and building new distributor accounts.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships with strong service.
• Meet or exceed sales and margin KPIs.
• Present monthly recaps of sales priorities to leadership.
• Develop understanding of Bunzl products and demonstrate features.
