The role involves daily field visits, travel for national meetings, and reaching sales targets while maintaining brand standards and integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of field sales or territory management experience.
• Experience in tobacco, beverage, snack, or consumer goods preferred.
• Proven ability to drive territory growth and meet targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to influence decision-makers.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and self-motivation.

Aufgaben

• Manage and grow an assigned territory through account visits and distributor coordination.
• Build long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key stakeholders.
• Execute sales and merchandising programs to increase visibility and volume.
• Introduce Xcaliber products into new locations and enhance placement at existing accounts.
• Achieve assigned sales goals and brand-building targets.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and programs.
• Provide market feedback on competition and consumer trends.
• Participate in national and regional meetings and mandatory travel.
• Travel daily within the territory to visit accounts and maintain visibility.
