Job summary

The Mutual Group seeks a Field Territory Manager to drive profitable growth and expand market presence within a defined U.S. territory.

You will strengthen agency relationships, execute territory plans, and collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and product teams to advance distribution opportunities. You will lead executive-level agency engagement, monitor KPIs, and develop joint business plans with distribution partners while leveraging CRM and analytics to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel two to three weeks per month, primarily for agency visits.
• Professional designations (CIC, CPCU, ARM, P&C License) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship leader for assigned agency and distribution partners.
• Develop executive-level relationships with agency principals, producers, and decisionmakers.
• Conduct regular agency business reviews focused on production, profitability, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain a strong field presence through in-person agency visits, virtual meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Deliver education, training, and market insights to help agencies grow their business with GuideOne.
• Lead agency engagement strategies utilizing segmentation and growth potential analysis.
