Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality execution across our in‑store network. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

You will travel regionally, lift and move product, and participate in seasonal launches while building leadership skills for future growth.

Qualifications

• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos, documenting execution.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new merchandisers and order writers.
• Develop skills for future leadership roles.
• Follow safety protocols and vehicle policies while driving.
