Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure stores align with company expectations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Deliver strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing brand standards.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos and systems.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Travel across assigned markets and maintain safety compliance.
