Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations.

The role involves in-store coverage across the territory, lifting and moving product, and building relationships with store teams to drive execution and seamless onboarding of new staff. A base salary plus a bonus program is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexibile schedule availability including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Physical activities: lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execute across the territory.
• Provide strong customer service to store teams and reinforce standards.
• Complete store visits using Merchandising Excellence and Order Writing Excellence; capture photos and document execution.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM to ensure coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop skills for future leadership roles in operations and communication.
• Stay safe and compliant: lifting, bending, and movement of product; follow safety protocols and vehicle policies.
