Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable store execution across the territory. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, uphold brand standards, and ensure alignment with company expectations.

The role emphasizes in-store professionalism, daily coverage, and the rollout of promotional displays. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or consumer goods, a high school diploma or GED, and are willing to travel within assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license for the state of residence.
• Live within the geographic boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting and moving product.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Provide strong customer service to store teams and reinforce company standards.
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos, documenting execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules set by the District Manager or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Develop operational and communication skills for future leadership roles.
• Maintain safety and comply with policies during driving and lifting tasks.
