Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services nationwide. You will use test equipment across multiple technologies, recommend solutions, and operate both buried and aerial plant with climbing and ladder work. Safe vehicle operation and outdoor/indoor work are required.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs with safety training. Equal opportunity employer.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights safely.
• Completion of safety training and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services (telephone, internet, video).
• Use test equipment to service multiple technologies and networks.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work on buried and aerial plant; pole climbing and ladder use.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicle; work inside and outside.
• Complete safety training and follow standards; report to Local Operations manager.
