Job summary

Uniti is looking for Customer Service Technicians to install and repair residential and business services, including telephone, internet and video. You will train with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs, while recommending products to resolve customer needs.

You will work in both buried and aerial plant, may require pole climbing, and must operate a company vehicle safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Ability to work day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.
• Must successfully complete required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services.
• Use tools and test equipment to service various technologies.
