Uniti’s Customer Service Technicians install and repair residential and business communications services including telephone, internet, and video. They train with tools and test equipment to service multiple technologies and network designs.

They recommend products to meet customer needs and work on buried and aerial plant, requiring pole climbing and ladder skills, while safely operating company vehicles in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Formación

• Basic technology and math skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to distinguish colors in color-coded cables.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work aloft.
• Must complete required safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Install and repair residential and business services (phone, internet, video).
• Train with tools and test equipment to service various technologies and networks.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs.
• Work on buried and aerial plant; climb poles and ladders as needed.
• Safely operate and maintain company vehicle; work indoors and outdoors.
