Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Technician to install and repair residential and business services, including telephone, internet, and video.

You will train with tools and test equipment to support multiple technologies and network designs, recommending solutions to customers. You must hold a valid driver’s license, pass safety training, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments including indoors and outdoors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record; color vision required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work aloft; comfortable with ladder work and pole climbing.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Operate test equipment and learn multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs and complete safety training.
