Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. seeks a Customer Service Technician to join Kinetic, our fiber internet brand, serving residential and business customers across the United States. You will install and repair services, train with test equipment, and recommend solutions that meet customers' needs.

This role involves climbing ladders, working in outdoor and indoor environments, and maintaining safety standards. You report to the Manager of Local Operations, carry a valid driver’s license, and can work day,

Qualifications

• Basic technology and math skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work aloft.
• Willingness to work day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair residential and business services including telephone, internet, and video.
• Train and work with tools and test equipment for multiple technologies and network designs.
• Recommend products and services to resolve customers’ needs.
• Climb poles and work in both buried and aerial plant.
• Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
• Work in both inside and outside environments.
• Complete required safety training and follow safety standards.
• Report to the Manager of Local Operations.
