Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect communities with our high-speed data and telecom services. You’ll spend ~90% of your time outdoors, meeting prospective residential customers and delivering tailored solutions, with a strong focus on relationship-building and closing deals.

Base pay ranges from $27,600 to $45,800, with commissions that can push total compensation beyond $100,000 annually. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum's offerings.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor recommendations.
• Present sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete sales documentation including orders and reporting.
• Attend sales meetings and training to support goals.
• Hit monthly targets across services.
• Monitor competitors in the territory.
